The Shiraz was selected from four different locations across estate grown McLaren Vale vineyards.
A simple philosophy of winemaking with minimal intervention, which includes use of oak to produce a fresh, crunchy style.

This a ripper shiraz from the Serafino Winery in McLaren Vale. Have tried with Beef & Parsley sausages from the Butcher, chicken & cashew stir fry and a bacon & egg pie.
