Delightful spicy pear and floral flavours fill the palate with perfectly balanced acidity. Aromas of honeysuckle, ripe pear stone fruit. Yellow straw
Pale straw. Lifted notes of fresh grapefruit, kiwi fruit and nettles. The fresh and concentrated fruit flavours continue on the palate while the lively acidity gives the wine its crisp, mouth watering finish.
Once harvested, the grapes were transported to the winery, gently pressed and settled in tank. The warm fermentation was started with selected yeast strains. Following ferment the wine was left to mature on full lees for up to three months to enhance structure and mouth feel. After blending the wine was fined using natural methods and prepared for bottling.
