Small red fruits, like cherries and raspberries, stand out, along with notes of vanilla and caramel as a result of barrel-aging. It is a fresh and fruity wine, with smooth, harmonious, and delicate tannins and a lasting finish. Dry.
The Pinot Noir grapes used to make this wine originate from both the Curico Valley (88%) and the Elqui Valley (12%). The vineyards are situated in an area of smooth sloping hills, with broken-down granite soils resting upon volcanic rock. The vines are trained with vertical trellis systems with drip irrigation.
Drink immediately or age for four to five years. Ideal for accompanying game birds, pastas, and soft cheeses. Serve preferably between 14°C and 15°C.
Food Pairing: Ideal for accompanying game birds, pastas & soft cheeses.
