Magenta red with a purple hue in the glass. Lifted bouquet of red fruit, blueberries and mulberries. This exicting variety displays bright energetic red fruit, with soft elegant spices and long persistent tannins.

The fruits are grown on Malpas Road and Main Road, Willunga.

The Montepulciano fruit was harvested in the cool of day to preserve the fruit flavours and aromas. Fermentation took place in small open fermenters at moderate temperatre, 20-28°C. The fruit was gently extracted to give a soft, round, flavoursome palate.
