Delicious aromas of grapefruit, zesty lemon peel and tropical papaya. The palate is intense and weighty showing layers of citrus and passionfruit. A fine thread of oyster shell and minerality leads to a pure and elegant finish.
Selected from chosen sites in the Dillons Point area of Marlborough. Close to the ocean, this sub-region experiences long hot days balanced by the effect of cooling sea breezes at night.
During a cool evening, the vineyard was machine harvested and the grapes quickly transported to the winery where they were destemmed and pressed. After settling, the juice as fermented at cool temperatures to retain the vibrant fruit flavours and freshness of this Sauvignon Blanc.

Made a wine sauce with garlic, tarragon and lemon and poured it over the crayfish and tiger prawns Enjoyed the flavour of the sauvignon blanc with the seafood. Superb. Whoops, we didn't have the crayfish or prawns but the wine was great.
