2 x Sensi Collezione Veneto IGT Pinot Grigio 2021 (Italy)

This Pinot Grigio has brilliant bright yellow with lightly golden tones in the glass. The nose is intense with ripe yellow fruit notes reminiscent of peach and apricot and tending towards an almost tropical fragrance. The fragrant alcoholic notes with nuances of crusty bread and acacia honey, complete this wine, bestowing finesse and substance to the bouquet. The palate is full in both body and flavour, delicately smooth yet with a bold structure, bringing balance and long-lasting taste, enhanced by a refined fruity aftertaste. If carefully cellared it will keep well for a few years, underlining its strength and smoothness.

Food Pairing: Ideal  with ors d’oeuvre (especially those with fish) and all seafood and shellfish. It is also a perfect accompaniment to white meat dishes. To be served chilled, at a temperature of 11- 12°C.

Fresh white wine displaying a beautiful straw yellow colour. Rich nose with aromas of citrus and stone fruit, in particular, peach, melon and aromatic herbs. On the palate, tropical and citrus notes give to the wine balance, roundness and a persistent finish.

A blend of Chardonnay, Catarratto and Inzolia grown in Sicily.

Food Pairing:An excellent aperitif to enjoy in good company but, also, perfect with fish, white meat accompanied by salad and vegetables.

2 x Varvaglione 12 e Mezzo Puglia IGP Bianco 2021 (Italy)

This is an Organic white wine, with a straw yellow colour and green hints. On the nose, its elegant aromatic bouquet is reminiscent of floral mimosa notes, with fruity and citrus aromas. On the palate, its slightly acid balance makes it fresh and long.

Food Pairing: It perfectly matches with raw fish, shellfish and season salads.
