A stunning Rosé made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec grapes. Classic aromas of passionfruit, raspberry leaf, and red pepper spice. The palate bursts with blackcurrant and refreshing watermelon, with a hint of lime zest with a mouth watering finish.
The fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the evening when the fruit was at peak maturity. The grapes spent only a few hours on skins to extract the delicate colour then carefully pressed. After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an al fresco aperitif or with a piece of rich chocolate cake!
