"Bright, even, pale peach pink. The nose is softly full, with red berry, strawberry, blossom and boiled candy aromas. Light-bodied, aromas of strawberry and red berry melded with cherry blossom. Lively acidity carries fine-textured phenolics through a silky mouthfeel, lending a crisp closing. This is a straightforward, refreshing Rosé. Lifted aromas of strawberries and cream, this Rosé is dripping with summer flavours of fresh berries and firm white peach.
A blend of Pinot Noir and Malbec varieties, resulting in a fresh and juicy 2022 Rosé. Grapes for this wine were machine harvested then transported to the winery where the fruit spent minimal time on skins to extract the delicate pale rosé colouring. The wine was then Fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures before being stabilised and prepared for bottling.
Food Pairing: The perfect wine to enjoy by the pool side with friends or while enjoying a simple green salad.

Good value for money and easy drinking. Wine is a little on the bland side, fine for lunch and simple salads, wouldn't recommend pairing with more robust foods that might suit a rose, eg paella, antipasti and bouillabaisse.
