The New Zealand ‘Forest Flower Collection’ wines are inspired by the beauty of New Zealand native flowers.
2022 was a complicated vintage which called for every bit of expertise between the winemaker, viticulturist and the harvesting crew. This meant that the fruit was harvested in small exact windows of maturity ensuring perfect fruit for the Rosé style.
Separate varietal fermentation, Specific Rosé yeast inoculation. Stopped ferment using cooling to ensure a small amount of grape sugars were left for the style.
