Deep red colour with purple reflect. Black fruit nose, with black cherry and mineral notes. The palate is rather opulent but mostly deductive with a lovely fruit. Long blackcurrant finish.
100% destem, fermentation in concrete vat with indegenous yeast. Temperature of fermentation between 25°-27°c. Aging in concrete tank. No sulfite added during the entire winemaking process.
