"Iconic Rosé has been voted the 'Most Desirable Provence Rosé Wine in the World' in a new ranking of the 33 most desirable vineyards in Provence by France's Le Figaro Magazine" Le Figaro Magazine, May 2023
"The 2021 vintage of the Rosé is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Rolle. Perfumed pear blossom, roses and cherry candy on the nose. Cranberry and ripe strawberry on the palate, with a pinch of white pepper on the tip of the tongue. The acidity is moderate but enough, leading to a clean finish of citrus zest and rose petal fragrance" Sylvia Wu, Decanter
"Famed thanks to top-pedigree winemaking from the Marc Perrin of (Chateauneuf-du-Pape) Beaucastel celebrity. Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle are combined in an impressive organic blend that has precision and elegant intensity. A summer quintessential that I'd describe as 'Provence plus'" Olly Smith, Decanter, Jul 2023
Attractive bright and translucent colour, a typical Provencal pale pink. The nose immediately reveals all the elegance of this Rosé with its superb aromatic bouquet delicately combining fresh fruit, freshly cut currants and roses, seasoned with a zest of lemon. The refinement continues on the palate with an ample, rich and gourmet texture, perfectly balanced by the natural acidity and minerality with saline and limestone notes which continue in a long finish.
Issued from the Château’s best parcels (Muriers, Longue, Romarin), and from selected parcels in the best terroirs of Provence. Clay & Limestone vineyard, partially in terraces located at an average of 1200 feet above sea level.
The grapes are harvested exclusively in the morning and sorted twice. Destemming. ‘Pressurage direct’ for Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle. The Syrah is vinified partially using the «saignee» method. Vinified in temperature - controlled stainless steel vats (95%) and in barrels (5%) with batonnage.
