This wine is delicate rose gold in colour with ripe strawberry aromas, and cherry blossom florals. Vibrant fresh strawberries and guava on the palate, with a light powdered texture on the palate before an elegant and lasting finish.
This 2022 Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from a single vineyard in Rapaura, Marlborough. An area renowned for its high sunshine hours and premium grape growing conditions.
The fruit for this refined Rosé spent only a few hours on skins during the winemaking process, bestowing the attractive soft pink colour. Once pressed, the juice was settled and fermented in stainless-steel tanks, retaining the notable fresh fruit aromatics and flavours. The wine was texturised on light lees before being filtered, refined and prepared for bottling
