"My best-selling Spanish red for more than a decade and for good reason" Steven Bennet, Master of Wine

"Perfumed and instantly appealing with sweet plum, rich floral, clove and nutmeg aromas, it's succulent and fleshy in the mouth delivering silky flow backed by fine tannins, finishing lingering and delectable. At its best: now to 2028" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

"Great colour and bouquet of ripe red berry fruits, plums and violets. As the wine touches the palate there’s an immediate firmness and youthful from the acidity then tannins, these give way quickly to reveal dark fruit flavours of blackberry then plum. There’s some clove and toasty wood moments, with a balanced even finish. Great food wine, and best enjoyed from 2024 through 2028" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier

A rich, juicy, full-bodied, opulently-fruity blockbuster with soft tannins for easy drinking and ‘glugability’.

Hand harvested from 40 year-old Garnacha (Grenache) bush vines vines in southern Spain and made in a modern, clean, opulent style. The growing area of the grapes used for the elaboration of this wine is situated in Castilla-La Mancha from vines with an age from 10 to 25 years old, cultivated at about 500-700 meters above sea level.

Bodega Navarro López was originally founded at the start of the 20th Century by Don Juan Sánchez. The company is still in family hands and they understand that success in a good wine starts with the choice of the best parcels of vineyard. From fifth generation family estate Navarro Lopez, Rojo is genuinely one of the world’s great wine values. Previou vintages described by Sam Kim of Wine Orbit as "one of the most reliable, great value wines from Spain. So easy to enjoy"
