Vibrant dark Rosé colours, crimson hues. Luscious aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and cherries on the nose. Light bodied, coupled with fragrant and mouth appealing textures with length and body. Our Rosé is clean yet crisp and sure to please any rosé enthusiast!
We choose Merlot to make our Rosé because the grape delivers a broad spectrum, of aromas and flavours - ranging from the classic strawberry to wonderful hints of red plum.
For this vintage, beautifully ripe Merlot grapes were gently crushed and passed to a temperature-controlled stainless-steel tank. The juice was then 'bled' from the tank
