Aromas of fresh Peony and Summer berries. On the palate, its bursting with juicy fruit flavours and a hint of black currant on the finish. Enjoy now or keep cellared for up to two years.
Picked early in the season to when the fruit flavours were just right. The grapes were left on their skins for minimal hours to draw out a soft pink hue before being gently pressed. After the juice settled, it was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruits flavour and freshness. Once fermentation was complete, the wine underwent stabilisation, filtration, and meticulous preparation for bottling.
