This wine was crafted for an export customer to showcase the classical characteristics of our famed Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. With bright, fresh citrus notes in a crisp and dry style.
After picking, grape juices from each vineyard are kept separate and fermented with an appropriate yeast in stainless steel tanks. Individual wines are then blended according to the winery's ideal, complementary whole.
Food Pairing: Try with green lipped mussels, Caeser salad or pesto-based dishes.

Custom labelled by the winery for a commercial customer so not something you'd recognize from supermarket shelves but a really pleasant drop. Added on labels for NZ compliance made the bottle look slightly shabby but the contents had nothing to apologize for, wish I'd bought more before it sold out. Another one of those understated bargains we often see on Black Market.

A lovely wine. Never heard of it as it seems it’s always been exported. Very nice and a great price. Definitely worth purchasing
