"It's wonderfully aromatic and enticing on the nose with green rockmelon, fig, apricot and lime peel aromas, leading to a splendidly flavoursome palate offering excellent fruit purity and intensity. Mouth-watering and deliciously long on the finish. At its best: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jul 2023

Bursting with vibrant aromas of rock melon, crisp apple, sunripened apricot, and subtle notes of fig and lime zest. Accents of wet stone, nettle, and herbal hints of basil and fennel add complexity to the palate. Intensely fruity yet perfectly balanced, the 2023 Coopers Creek Sauvignon Blanc offers a delicate texture and lively acidity. A true and complete reflection of Marlborough. Crisp and refreshing, reverberating with aromas and flavours of rock melon, crisp apple, sun-ripened apricot. Plus just a touch of herb on the lively finish. A quintessential New Zealand Sauvignon.

Steeped in history, Coopers Creek have been crafted from New Zealand’s best grape growing regions for over 40 years. With a legacy of making great wines we are proudly family owned and sustainably produced – protecting our lands for future generations.

Marlborough’s growing season began with echoes of 2022, leaving many anxious. December’s inconsistent flowering led to averageSauvignon Blanc yields but turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Fewer, looser grape clusters were less prone to disease and less likely to suffer damage during rains. Cool nights played a crucial role in keeping fungi at bay and preserving the grapes’ acidity. Those who stayed patient enjoyed fantastic weather in March and April, yielding grapes with excellent sugar levels, vibrant flavors,
and balanced acidity across all varieties.
