Description

Very light salmon pink color. Fresh expressive red fruit such as juicy, ripe strawberries and blossoms. On the palate it is soft, silky and fruit driven with a refreshing acidity and an intense fruity finish.

The grapes manually harvested from old bush vines in the early morning. Grapes where de-stemmed, crushed, put into 30.000L stainless steel tanks and free run juice immediately drained off the skins. Fermentation at 14-16ºC during 20 days in stainless steel.
