Description

This Lighter Pinot Gris displays attractive floral aromas of white flowers and spring blossoms. The soft textural palate has flavours of pear and hints of exotic spices.

Selected parcels of Pinot Gris grapes are chosen that express ripe flavours and balanced acidity early in the ripening process. Cool slow fermentation with neutral yeasts enhance fruit flavours. Serve chilled, perfect aperitif.
