Misty Cove was founded by Andrew Bailey in 2008 and is a family owned collective of like-minded, passionate people, producing both conventional and organic wine predominantly from the Marlborough region of New Zealand. Andrew and his team, oversee the vineyard and wine-making process right through to the sales, marketing and administration ensuring every bottle of Misty Cove is lovingly hand crafted.
Misty Cove Organic Sauvignon Blanc is made to reflect its environment. It’s not about what they take out of the land, but more what they put back into it and increasing Misty Cove's organic program is fundamental to this philosophy. In its fourth vintage, the 2017 vintage was challenging where heavy rain was experienced late in the season, but the winemaking team was quick to react and produced another rewarding wine that will leave a lasting impression.
