"It's splendidly aromatic on the nose showing Granny Smith apple, kiwifruit, lime peel and jasmine aromas, leading to a wonderfully flavoursome palate offering upfront fruit flavours with crisp acidity, finishing long and refreshing" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

"Eradus Wines in Marlborough's Awatere Valley offers a tangy take on the Sauvignon Blanc theme with this bold, fruity, dry white with its grassy and fresh herb aromas. Named after Ana-Sophie, the daughter of the winery founders, this is a straightforward style, fermented in stainless steel to capture and accentuate its fruit-forward flavours. Is has a light body and long finish, offering refreshing delicacy and excellent flavours at an accessible price" Drink Bizz Magazine

Flavours of blackcurrant leaf and passionfruit, balanced with aromas of fresh herbs and citrus. The palate is juicy fruit with a long, crisp mineral finish.

The fruit was destemmed and gently pressed. The juice was cold settled for 72 hours, after which the clear juice was racked off, followed by a long cool fermentation in stainless steel to capture and enhance the fruit flavours. Each of the individual parcels were fermented separately using a range of selected yeasts to enhance varietal characters. The wine was then blended, stabilised and filtered in preparation for bottling.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with fresh seafood or a grilled chicken salad.
