A true expression of Marlborough, showing aromas of ripe passionfruit, lychee, and green apple. The palate is rich in flavour with white peach, nectarine, and blackcurrant characters. A salty minerality leads to a clean and bright finish.
Fruit for this 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is sourced predominantly from the lower Wairau Valley sub-region in Marlborough, renowned for producing quality Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This wine was fermented at cool temperatures in a stainless-steel tank before being blended and prepared for bottling.
