Light straw in colour with crisp apple and a hint of ginger on the nose. This dry-style Riesling shows typical Central Otago chalky minerality, with lime citrus flavours and a juicy acidity. Good mid palate weight with a long finish.  Cellar: 5 years+. Drinking well now.
