Description

  • Dry style
  • Ripe lemon
  • Stone fruit
  • Moreish finish

"If you like your riesling to assail your olfactories with apple, lime zest and a lick of magical minerality, you’ve done a perfect parallel park my friend. Punchy acidity, pure pipfruit and crunchy citrus and the unmistakable rain-on-hot-asphalt punch of petrichor, make this an ultra-refreshing sip. It has excellent length of flavour and some serious cellar-worthy chops too (if you’re disciplined enough to squirrel it away for 10+ years)" Yvonne Lorkin

"The 2020 vintage is an invitingly scented, full-bodied style, with rich, ripe lemon, apple and passionfruit flavours, a sliver of sweetness, fresh acidity, and excellent vigour, delicacy and length. Grown in the Southern Valleys and”river gravels”, it’s still unfolding; best drinking 2023+" Michael Cooper

"Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is soft and youthful, with penetrating apple and citrus, stonefruit, and mineral underlay. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, apple and its skin, lemon, lime and nectarine flow smoothly with steely minerals. The fruit is vibrant with good depth, displaying citrus peels, apple skin, and lush stonefruit added complexity. Mineral and crunch flow with a focused acid drive linger to a crisp, moreish finish. This crisp, dry Riesling with juicy fruit and a vibrant mineral line lends a moreish and appetizing finish" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews

Dry and simply delicious! Our pick for serious Riesling connoisseurs. The fruit character of the Southern Valleys is balanced by the minerality of the river gravels, all wrapped up in a dry, crisp acidity. 10+ years of aging potential if you have the self-control but drinking exceptionally well now.

From dry to scrumptiously sweet, one the best cellaring white wines, often misunderstood, it’s the perfect match to spicy, asian cuisine.

The grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the morning, cold settled and cool fermented in stainless steel tanks prior to blending and finishing for bottling in spring.
