Description

Wonderfully lifted aromatics of ripe pear and apples, underlying floral notes and a light clove spice. The palate is a ripe and rich cocktail of tree fruit flavours with a perfectly crisp finish.

An ideal wine by itself or paired with antipasto, fresh seafood, or Southeast Asian cuisine.

The grapes were harvested, crushed, and direct pressed with minimal skin contact. The clarifi ed juice was then cool fermented to optimise varietal expression, fl avour, and intensity. There was no wood contact. We used a number of yeasts to ensure that we profi led the fruit and kept the fresh acidity.
