This wine has a well rounded, soft nose with aromas of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruits, showing good depth and density. Off dry to taste and light-medium bodied, the palate is full and broad, with up-front passionfruit flavours. A lively sparkling Sauvignon Blanc.
